Choose your thoughts wisely

You will find that we offer a great number of exercises, the world around you will not change until the things you think and focus on change.  If you spend your time worrying about X, you’ve tripled the changes of that calamity finding you, because you asked for it.  Focus on (and truly believe) in good things, getting that raise, winning that race, getting that special somebody and they will be much more likely to find you (look at Arnold Schwartzaneger).  Now make a list of things you want in life, don’t start with the hard things, it’s like math, you start with basic math before attempting calculus.  You want to get tickets to X (even though it’s sold out), then picture yourself there, having a delightful time.  You want the perfect weather for X event, picture how much fun that event will be with absolutely perfect weather, picture all the things you’ll do and the people you will interact with and the things you can eat.  You want to get in touch with someone you’ve lost track of, well remember all your great memories and picture recreating them now.
