Play full out

Do you remember when you were little and the best part of your day was going to the playground where you could meet others your own age and play long and hard out in nature.  It didn’t matter if you’d never met the kid before or if the temperature was a little off or  that your favorite piece of equipment was taken or broken.  You made the most of it and had the most fantastic time.  You need to become that person again, find something fun and play full out, daily (no electronics permitted, just you and the real world).  Find that kid again, run and play without a single care in the world.  Feel free to give that little kid a name, feel free to check in with that kid during the day to see what the real you thinks, not the programmed you.  We want your world to shift more and more to what that kid wants every day, even if it’s a fast food kiddy meal with the toy (although we hope it’s a better choice with the same emotions).
