Rants for Cleaner Living

So the next things we’d like your Earthlings to know would be cleanliness.  Lisa had a friend with sick kids and she was spending all her time wiping down the house with antibacterial chemicals.  Stop it already, you’ve been so brainwashed, that’s so ridiculous.  Throw away anything in that reads like a chemistry experiment - cleaning products, food, air fresheners, candles, makeup, even paper towels and toilet paper.  Get back to nature, simple, organic ingredients, your poisoning yourself all day every day, even your dang lightbulbs.  Knock it off.  We only say this because we love you and want you to thrive, not have cancer rates at 50%, that’s not ok.  And then fighting cancer with more harmful chemicals.  The stupidity of that just amazes us.  

Kind of in the same vein is sunscreen.  Why would you cover yourself in cancer causing ingredients to fight cancer???  Whose idea was that, and what were they thinking?  You want to expose your skin to a sun level 100% more than you normally would on vacation to have fun.  First that doesn’t make sense, get your body used to a healthy amount of sun on a daily basis.  If you have to overdue it, wear clothes or something with natural materials.  And maybe it doesn’t work as long or as well, but that’s a sign, read the signs and go inside or under the shade.  Work with your body, not against it.

Hold on, we’re checking to see if we have more rants, and we blame these rants on Lisa, as she was on a rant this morning, which we’re happy to say is quite unlike her, but we caught the ranting fever.  Next we’d like to discuss lincoln logs and legos, while we are doling out unwanted advice, let’s touch on child rearing, when they are under 5, throw anything electronic out the window, even if its’ a child’s toy.  They need to use their imagination, and they can’t with all that nonsense.  Give them pots and pans and sticks.  Once they are older, old school toys like Lincoln Logs and legos are ok.  Things that encourage their imagination.  Don’t have them use electronics unsupervised until they’re like 15.  They don’t have good boundaries at that age and they will do 90% electronics which is very bad for their development.  Leave them alone, let them play, let them whine about being bored.  The best learnings come when a child feels bored, and they have to dig deep to entertain themselves.  

Checking for more rants…….Bluebell, another of our frequent rants is ice cream on your planet, normally a food with minimal ingredients is pretty good, and your planet loves ice cream, but don’t eat ice cream unless you’ve made it and you know what went into it.  There’s an ingredient in commercial ice cream, yes, even the “good” brands, and it’s not on the label, but it’s really bad for you.  Make your own with the highest quality ingredients, it’s really easy. 

Seed oils - your science is beginning to understand the abomination of seed oils, but even they don’t understand the full picture.  Avoid at all cost.  As much as we aren’t a fan of sugar, we’d honestly rather  you eat a piece of cake than a bowl of chips fried in seed oils.  Avoid them at all costs.  

Molton lava - When you hear this phrase, you picture hot liquid rock spewing from a volcano, and that is the definition at this time.  We’d like to work on another definition because we love the imagery of red hot stuff spewing out unexpectedly and the fact that those around have to make way - nobody has the authority or ability to make it stop.  In your paradigm, nobody is that powerful.  Then we would like you to superimpose this imagery on your body.  You are poisoning your body constantly with your chemical food, toxic products all over your house, cancer causing hygiene products, and at some point your body hits it’s toxic load, and gets sick and needs to spew (through cleansing) and you need to let all those horrific substances spew out every direction possible - sweat, barf, crap, etc.  For every year of poison you put in you will need at least 1/2 year of serious detoxification to get it out, and just like the lava, it needs to take top priority.  Let it flow.  Right now you have many means of detoxification available, and most are good enough for your use. We aren’t willing to give you more at this time, we don’t want to be accused of practicing medicine without a license.  If you have a session with Lisa or any other channeler, you’re welcome to ask us what we think of x method and we will tell you.

Next we’d like to talk about the subject of feeling so unusual in the world where you live, where everyone is greatly encouraged to be the same.  Nobody is encouraged to go too far outside of the “norm” or they get all kinds of labels and are branded crazy or sometimes disappear.  You have trouble feeling so different in every way possible.  How do you do dinner with friends?  How do you go on vacation with friends?  Even conversations can be challenging because you run out of common ground on which to talk, no you don’t want to gossip about the “mean girl”, you don’t want to drink the moldy coffee served, you don’t want to talk about the mindless program on TV or the ridiculous things the media are saying, and why are they only concerned with bringing us the 5% of things across the world that are going wrong and rarely the things going right.  We don’t really want you to use this as an excuse to do as they do, it might feel fun at the time, but not in the long term.  You’ll realize how fool hardy.  You’re probably going to need a new tribe that wants to discuss their new pure cleaning products and what they love about them, how their latest detox went, the inspiring podcasts they listen to, where they go on vacation to get healthier, etc.  As we get closer to the 2027 contact date, there will be more opportunities to get other know others like yourself, and we’re really excited about that.  

Our next topic for your consideration is fudge, we think people use this world eufamistically to describe different things, one of which is bowl movements, there we said it, ok, and a collective ooooohhhhh yyyyuuuccckkkkk!!!!!  Ok don’t continue until you’re done being grossed out and you’re ready to have a conversation.  While not appropriate dinner conversation, this actually is a conversation we would like you to have with others more often, and not just your doctor.  There really isn’t a better way to easily figure out how toxic your body is, what color is it, what texture is it (no you don’t have to touch, we’re not even that gross, usually), what does it smell like?  Try different foods and detox methods and track it, yes we said to keep track of it.  Now in the middle of a detox, it may be the grossest ever, but that’s good news, judge it about 2-3 days after the fast to see the difference.  So we’d like it to be a lighter brown, maybe the color of a deer, we’d like it to be well formed about the size of a plantain banana, and virtually no smell.  Basically it may take decades of detox to get there, but don’t let that stop you, every little bit is beneficial.  If your “fudge” isn’t like this, feel free to talk to your body, what are you feeding it that is causing problems, what does it want more of, what does it want less of, what changes does it want you to make?  By the way, doing an intense detox and then going back to the same exact way of eating is nonsensical.  At first you won’t believe it’s your body, you’re sure you’re making it up, go with it anyway.  As long as it seems like good advice, go with it.  Feel free to meditate and sit with it.  You will know.

We know this is already very long, but we’re on a roll.  Next we’d like to cover women’s periods.  These should not be painful, the pain should be a warning sign that your body chemistry is way out of whack.  Ask your body what it needs (see above for further clarification).

Health problems that are common in your culture like eczema, moles, skin discolorations, pain, discomfort, poor vision, poor memory, so many things you chalk up to bad genes or getting older are not, it’s usually decades of poor nutrition finally showing signs.  Never see these things as a body betraying you, see it as your body crying for your attention, so tired of being ignored.  

And people (mainly women), we get that you want to be body proportionate (ie skinny), but do it the healthy way by eating salads and living foods, don’t do it any crazy way, that’s only going to harm you in the end.  The end goal should not be the number on the scale but how you feel.  We’d actually rather you be 10 extra pounds eating living foods than less those 10 pounds eating “protein bars” and other chemistry experiments.  The number shouldn’t be the indicator.

How about we talk about those fruits and veggies with a bad reputation, because face it, they really don’t taste as good as the others.  Who doesn’t love the tropical fruits like banana, mango, pineapple, with double the amount of sugar (especially after the “scientists” got done) as other fruits, but if you encourage yourself to eat the unwanted step children in the fruit and veggie world, you will grow to crave them.  If you need to pour honey or syrup (organic obviously) on them at first to eat them, fine.  Eventually you will crave them.  Incorporate them into your diet so it doesn’t get too narrow.  Also feel free to go to markets that carry more “foreign” food, buy a bunch of new things in the fruit/veggie isle, put the name in google and figure out how to eat it.  It might not be a hit at first, and that’s ok.  

Next on our agenda is lemonade, our version of lemonade of course, no sugar.  Lemons are exceedingly good for  you, and for helping the pH of your body, use them liberally, in drinks and food, although not straight, too much acid for your teeth.  

Exercise - we swear, there has never been a lazier generation, although we fear for the next one, you drive your car to the end of your driveway  to get the mail, really??? We would laugh if it wasn’t so pathetic.  Exercise, 90% of you need much more exercise.  You equate exercise to a gym and proclaim you’re not a gym person.  We don’t expect you to be a gym person, go out and walk, bicycle, play basketball and tennis and squash, do yoga and zumba and pilates, did you get the key word there DO, do something that’s not sitting on your butts shoving “food” in your face.  If you actually gave these activities a try for 30-40 days, especially with friends, you might find you really enjoy them.  Next time you’re lazing about your sofa, just count 1, 2 and at 3 you get your butt up and find something active to do for 30 minutes. We don’t care what it is, do this at least once or twice a day for a month or two, again preferably with one or two others.  

“Friends” - if you have a “friend” and they say bad things against anybody else, find a new friend, because they’re going to tear you down behind your back at some point.  That’s not a friend, that’s a contagious disease.  Get away quick.

Nature and sun - everybody needs at least 30-60 minutes of this a day, more on your days off.  If you’re feeling grumpy and out of sorts - go take a walk and talk to the trees and other nature around you, don’t come back until you love life and everything in it.

Pets - due to some poor choices, you have way to many domesticated animals on your planet, until you can get this under control, please invite some into your house, give them a good home, we promise they will give you more love and a better life than you deserve.

Land, you all live in a building surrounded by land, that land has what we are going to call a heartbeat, it’s alive, consider it sentient.  Once you leave or come home from your abode, acknowledge the land around you, thank the trees for providing you oxygen, thank the flowers for giving you something pretty to look at, thank the rocks, as that is the matrix upon which you trod, thank the air, so you have something to breath, thank the worms and snails and critters that enrich the soil, thank the larger wild creatures that inhabit that space too, armadillos, opossums, squirrels.  Ever need a good laugh, watch a squirrel, nobody needs TV if you can entice the squirrels on your land.

Music - ever watched a video of people playing soothing classical or jazz music in a pasture with animals???  This connects with animals, in a way you can’t really understand.  But follow their example.  Listen to more soothing music like classical or jazz, something soothing to your soul.

Air - the air on your planet has never been more polluted, it’s so tragic.  You need to do your part to reverse this as soon as possible.  You have so many clean forms of energy, why do you insist on polluting your planet.  That said you do need to find a way to make batteries with more natural parts.  The technology is there, it’s just not as expensive, and nobody makes as much money off of it.  Do your research, send some good energy from your heart asking the universe to guide you, meditation is good too, then when you feel sure, make your decision based on what’s best for the planet, not your convenience or your wallet.  Once we are able to contribute more to your society, this is an area we’d really like to help you with.  It’s hard to do accurate research when your materials were written by people trying to exploit you for money, yes really.

Plants - before you plant anything again, think outside the box.  What will help the planet?  What adds value?  Don’t just base your decision on beauty, beauty can be deceiving.  Look beyond a pretty face in everything.  There are plants that really enrich the soil and add value, fruit trees, herbs, do the research.

Transportation - Some of you live in dense areas and hope a train or a bus when you go some where, you’re not using extra fossil fuels in your choices.  There are others that choose to drive huge, monster vehicles for like one person and drive great distances for the fun of it.  We’d like you to rethink these choices.  We’d also like public transportation to go further out to the cities and be more available to people.

Have you heard our opinion on creativity?  There are more details in an earlier channeling, but let us just say here - find something creative to do, hopefully on a daily basis.  Everybody is creative is many ways, that doesn’t mean they are Michelangelo, or that their “art” will ever appear in a museum, but that’s not the point.  The point is to spend time with that side of yourself so you can be more well rounded.  That’s all.  

Comfort, with your laziness, let’s talk about comfort, you have this narrow range of “comfort”, a certain temperature, a 4 star bathroom within 6 feet of you, a bed comfy enough for a king, etc.  Get over it, get out of your comfort zone.  There are a ton of amazing things you can learn once you get out of your comfort zone.  

The fashion industry.  We’d like to kill the idea that every year needs new fashions and new colors and those in the “in crowd” need a whole new wardrobe every year.  What a waste of resources, we don’t want clothes to feel cheap and easily disposable.  That’s harmful to the planet, especially some of the fabrics they come up with.  Which is not to say we don’t find value in well made beautiful pieces on natural fabrics and dyes with styles and colors that enhance the inner beauty of the person wearing it.  We love that, but then we’d like the person to wear that piece for many years.  We’d like you to have a diverse wardrobe where you can find a piece of clothing that helps you play the part you want to play that day.  They are important props and should be given serious consideration before donning them each day.

Coffee shops - many of you love what your society calls “coffee shops”, small little places where you can go get a cup of sugared caffeine and junk to eat.  We like the idea of a gathering spot where you don’t need to buy a meal, but we don’t know why when you go to these places you insist on drinking something so horrible for you.  Nobody wants to go to these places to drink a healthy fruit shake, that won’t sell.  Like if people go that much out of their way, they deserve to “treat” themself with something their body will deplore.  Why can’t you go look at a menu with at least a third “healthy” items that you genuinely want because that’s what will make your body feel the best.  Note we didn’t say tasted the best because your taste buds are so warped.  When a heroin addict is trying to go straight, they can’t just walk aonway, the body craves the addiction, and your bodies are the same.  You gotta wean yourself off slowly.  

We’d like to see detox centers thrive, about as many detox centers as you have coffee shops, that is to say maybe one per small town.  A place where you can go for 2-3 hours a couple times a week to help detox your body.

We’d also like to see more places to buy like “farmers markets” where you can buy the freshest fruits and vegetables, flown or trucked in within a week of leaving where it was grown (without harsh chemicals of course), and scientists to bring back fruits that haven’t been genetically engineered to be twice as sweet as nature intended.  We’d love of you to visit these markets 2-3 times a week and get fresh produce.
